Refund & Cancellation Policy

At House of Dhapi Private Limited (“Tropup”, “we”, “us”, “our”), we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience across the globe. This policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, refunds, and order-related concerns for international purchases made on TropupGlobal.com.

By placing an order on our website, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Returns & Exchanges (International Orders)

All international orders are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or replacements on any products purchased through Tropupglobal.com.

This policy applies to all cases, including but not limited to:

  • Size or fit issues
  • Change of mind
  • Preference-related concerns
  • Delivery refusal or non-acceptance
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish

Please note: Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric dyeing processes and are not considered defects.


2. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

We only assist in rare cases where:

  • The item received is damaged, or
  • The item received is incorrect (different from the order placed)

2.1 Reporting Timeline

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

2.2 How to Report

Email us at hello@tropup.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
  • Supporting images of the issue

2.3 Resolution

  • After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion.
  • No refunds will be issued in such cases.


3. Order Cancellations

3.1 Before Shipment

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at hello@tropup.com.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3.2 After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

3.3 Cancellation by Tropup

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Important:

  • No refunds will be issued for refused, unaccepted, or abandoned international deliveries.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.


5. Limitation of Liability

Tropup’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


6. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, transportation disruptions, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.


7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
